First Creek wines

Small parcels of fruit were crushed and fermented in 2 – 4 tonne batches. After pressing, the wine was aged in French oak hogsheads and puncheons to enhance the fruit tannins. Generous, mouth filling, lovely toasty oak layered with rich blue fruits and mocha spice. This Classic Range Hunter Valley Shiraz is sure to please.
