Our Shiraz vines were planted in 1967 and as a non-irrigated vineyard the roots are deeper and more extensive, giving access to more nutrients and minerals in the soil. The fruit expresses delicate rose petal and raspberry aromas, with a medium dry, refreshing palate that’s vibrant, crisp, and layered. An elegant rosé with finesse—ideal for sunlit afternoons or lively celebrations.
