Did you know Grigio is the Italian word for “grey”?

This is our fourth release of Pinot Grigio. You better stock up as this wine sells out each release.  It is the ideal aperitif wine, lively and fresh complemented by subtle aromas of apple and pears with a touch of colour from the skins. The wine was allowed to rest on skins to fully extract its subtle aromas. 20% was barrel fermented.

Tasting Notes

When Pinot Grigio is ready for harvesting the berries turn from grey to a very pretty pink colour. Pinot Grigio is a classic Italian dry white. A palate of peach and pears with a crisp finish. Serve this wine chilled and enjoy it with family and friends.
