Do you know why this wine is named Le Crazy Coq?
Well this blend is a little cray cray but delicious! This is our second release of this wine and this year is even more aromatic!
Le Crazy Coq is a white blend of Semillon, Riesling, Gewürztraminer (Gewürz) and has an addition of 10% barrell fermented Semillon. The wine is light straw in colour with green tinges. This wine is highly aromatic with lovely lifted citrus fruits; crisp apple and orange blossom characters on the nose. The palate is clean and fresh and has a lively acid finish to balance the fruit sweetness.
